Terms of Service

Acceptance
By accessing PEPTD you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
What PEPTD is
PEPTD is an educational, community-powered knowledge platform. It is not a medical service, pharmacy, marketplace, or provider of individualized advice. We do not sell, supply, source, or facilitate the purchase of any compound.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your contact email accurate so we can reach you about security and billing.
Educational use and your decisions
PEPTD separates published research, regulatory information, creator commentary, and community experience, but none of those sources is personalized medical advice. Do not delay or replace professional care because of content on PEPTD. You remain responsible for decisions you make and for confirming information with qualified professionals and primary sources.
Community content
You retain ownership of what you post. By publishing publicly you grant PEPTD a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content within the platform. You agree not to post:
- Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment plans, or individualized dosing instructions for another person.
- Offers to sell, source, or trade regulated substances.
- Fabricated research, invented citations, or misrepresented outcomes.
- Harassment, hate speech, spam, or another person's private information.
We may review, restrict, or remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules or create a safety, privacy, legal, or security risk. Moderation does not mean PEPTD endorses or independently verifies member content.
Your private content
Build drafts, schedules, logs, inventory, bloodwork, and progress photos are private by default. You authorize us to store and process private content only as needed to provide the features you choose. A public share requires a deliberate sharing action; you are responsible for reviewing the selected content before sharing it.
Intellectual property
PEPTD's software, branding, editorial presentation, and original materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of PEPTD materials to you. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes and may share content through the tools PEPTD provides, subject to source attribution and the rights of third-party publishers.
Third-party sources and services
PEPTD links to research publishers, registries, videos, maps, payment services, and other third parties. Their content, availability, and privacy practices are controlled by them. A link, listing, or discussion signal is not an endorsement, referral, or guarantee.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime founding memberships are one-time purchases and are non-transferable. Refunds are handled case by case through support.
Service availability and changes
We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features, and service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our control. We do not promise that every source, feature, or integration will remain available indefinitely.
Disclaimer of warranties
PEPTD is provided "as is". Community content reflects the views and experiences of individual members, not PEPTD. We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEPTD is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any decisions made on the basis of content found on the platform.
Termination
You may stop using PEPTD or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or address security risks. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will survive.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the PEPTD operator and your use of the service, without overriding consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived in your place of residence. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
