How do I know whether my reconstitution math is actually right?

Reconstitution math is one of the most persistent sources of confusion in public peptide discussions — people repeatedly ask others to sanity-check mg, mL and syringe-unit conversions before drawing anything.

Why do two people with the same vial end up with completely different numbers?

A recurring realisation in public threads: the vial strength alone doesn't determine what you draw — the amount of diluent added changes concentration and therefore every downstream number.
